Terhalle chooses Euromate: clean air in wood production

Terhalle Holzbau GmbH, a leading company in sustainable and circular timber construction for nearly 40 years, has taken an important step in protecting the health of its employees. The family-owned business, with more than 620 employees, recently invested in seven DFI-Series air cleaners from Euromate to effectively combat wood dust and fine particulate matter in its production halls.

Fine dust had been on Terhalle’s agenda for some time, but the installation of a new fire alarm system made quick action unavoidable. Safety Expert Clemens Gesenhues explains: “The smoke extraction system indicated that there was too much dust in the air. That was the moment to act.”

At the LIGNA trade fair in Hannover, Terhalle was introduced to Euromate’s DFI-Series. The decision to invest was made quickly thanks to:
